SEGRO Industrial Park Tychy welcomes another tenant. A new client of SEGRO in the Silesia region is Żabka Polska, the owner of the largest network of convenience stores in the country, operating under the two brand names "Żabka" and "Freshmarket". The build-to-suit facility of nearly 20,000 sq m comprises office and warehouse space featuring FMCG-oriented solutions.
